We run brand new Barudan embroidery machines along with the latest and greatest hooping contraptions. The key to getting your logo straight is in the hooping. Our embroidery technicians have years of experience in embroidery and only turn the highest quality of work available.

In addition to standard embroidery, we offer specialty embroidery services. Some of these embroidery service include:
- Applique : Applique is pre-cut material in the shape of a custom image. This image can be cut from a variety of materials and is usually laser or water jet cut by an outside factory. The applique pieces are assembled onto the garment and glued into position. The material is then embroidered to the garment with either a zig zag or satin stitch. The zig zag stitch being just an attachment stitch and the satin stitch and dimension and style. The satin stitch many times is part of the overall design.
- Puff Embroidery or 3-d Embroidery
3-D or Puff Embroidery is specialty embroidery achieved by digitizing a logo specifically for puff applications. The file is made to allow extra space in between the stitches for foam to expand giving it a dimensional look. Foam is applied to the garment and glued before the garment is sewn. This style is very popular with specialty caps and retail company’s looking to achieve a distinct look.
